A nice ride from Pendam out to the Conti Trail and part of the Bont Goch Descent and then down to the mines using the MBR Killer Loop Trail. Then the long climb up to Angler's Retreat (which didn't seem too bad today). Along the MX Trails, back onto the Conti Trail and back to Pendam.

Nice day, didn't see a single person for the whole ride.
